In E-Mode press Mode key.
Then press Up key or Down key to set the
emissivity.
Press Mode key again to confirm.
NOTE!
An external surface temperature sensor can be
connected to check whether the emission factor is
set correctly. If the IR temperature and surface
temperature match, the emission factor is correct.
Press Mode key for the Maximum (MAX),
Minimum (MIN), Difference between MAX and
MIN (DIF) and Average (AVG) modes. During
the measurement, the special modes reading
will be displayed beside the mode icon.
If the measuring key is pressed in Max or Min
mode, the color of the bar shows,
- whether the current measured value is close to
the maximum value (red bar)
-wether the current measured value is close to the
minimum value (blue bar)
- whether the current measured value is exactly
between the two values (yellow bar)
The alarm limits can be set between -60°C and +
550°C.
Press Up key or Down key to change the High
Alarm (HAL) or Lo Alarm (LAL),
Then press Meas. key to confirm it.
When the reading is outside the High Alarm (HAL)
or Lo Alarm (LAL) limit. The High or Low icon will
flash and you will hear a beep sound.
