WARRANTY
IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF PURCHASE
ORORO's limited warranty applies to all BRAND NEW items sold by ororowear.com and other authorized
distributors.
ONE (1) YEAR limited warranty covers any defects and malfunctions of this product from the date of purchase.
This warranty is non-transferable and proof of original purchase from us or authorized distributors is required
for warranty service.
Damage to the parts resulting from accidental fire, flood, misuse, unauthorized service, or negligence as
outlined herein will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover commercial use.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at the manufacturer's sole discretion.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect.
If warranty service should be necessary, please contact our customer service for instructions. Once a warranty
claim is filed and approved, you may then return the product with proper packaging and paid postage along
with the proof of purchase and warranty claim number issued by us. Any product or parts, upon examination,
are found to be defective, will be replaced with the same or a similar product during the warranty period.
