Incorrect insertion or positioning may cause
the product to malfunction.
B. Disconnecting the Product:
When the host device is running normally,
follow the steps below to remove the product
from the USB port.
*Steps may vary based on the operating system
version and settings.
Windows
1. Click the "Safely Remove Hardware and
Eject Media" icon in the lower right corner
of the taskbar.
2. Click "Eject XXX device" (XXX refers to the
portable SSD product).
3. Wait for a moment and check if there is a
prompt saying "Safe to Remove Hardware."
4. Remove the product.
Mac
1. Find the product icon on the desktop.
