Temperature Selection Chart for Crisp Foods
To keep several different foods hot, set the temperature to the food needing the highest setting.
Place the items needing the highest setting on a lower rack and items needing less heat on
an upper rack.
Food Type
Bacon
Bread, hard rolls
Fried foods
Pies (two crusts)
Pizza
Potatoes, baked
Tortilla Chips
Tips:

Leave food uncovered.
I
Do not use plastic containers or plastic wrap.

Preheat prior to use.

* USDA/FSIS recommends an internal temperature of 145°F. as the minimum
doneness for beef. Use a portable meat thermometer to check internal
temperatures.
