If the device is stored prior to installation, store it upright in a well ventilated area.
•
In the event that the device is stored or transported in a horizontal position, place it upright for 24
hours before installing and commissioning.
•
The heat pump must be installed by a qualified professional according to the instructions provided.
•
Any interventions on the refrigerant circuit of the device must be carried out by a company certified
to handle refrigerants by an approved organisation.
•
The refrigerant circuit carries R32, which is inflammable.
•
The device must be wired in by a qualified electrician according to the rules of the art and the

•
The power line of the device must be fitted with a means of deenergising all active poles (live and
neutral) upstream from the heat pump so that it may be systematically deenergised before any
technical intervention.
•
Upon installation, carry out the hydraulic connections before wiring in the device. To dismantle the
heat pump, proceed in the reverse order.
•

Never push any object through the grating protecting the fan as this could cause damage to the
fan.
•
Never switch the heat pump on if the fan's protective grate is missing.
•
Always cut the power supply to the heat pump upstream before any intervention requiring opening
of the casing or any intervention on the hydraulic connections.
•
Cut the power supply to the heat pump during storms.
