BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Extract the various components from the packaging, check that they are intact and complete,
gently remove any protections and labels. The packaging includes:

Check that all the parts are properly assembled and in position before use.

Before using the appliance, it is recommended to wash all removable parts that will come into
contact with foodstuffs, following the instructions in the section, "Cleaning and Maintenance".
ACCESSORIES
1. Juicing cone
The large juicing cone is suitable for large citrus fruits, that is, oranges and grapefruits.
The small juicing cone is suitable for small citrus fruits such as lemons.
Press lightly on the ends of the cone and pull upwards to separate the large cone from the small
cone.
2. Juice container spout
The juice container has a spout that can be lifted or lowered.
During use, if the spout of the appliance is in the raised position, the juice stays inside the container.
If, on the other hand, the spout is in the lowered position, the juice falls directly into a glass or
container (not included) positioned under the spout.
To change the position of the spout, press on it lightly to move it upwards or downwards.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
1. Place the appliance on a horizontal and stable surface far from sources of heat.
2. Assemble the appliance following the sequence indicated in Fig.1.
3. Use the small or large cone depending on the size of the citrus fruit and move the spout of the
container into the desired position: raised or lowered (see point 2 of section, "Accessories").
4. Unwind the power cord and connect the plug to the socket.
5. Cut the citrus fruit in half and press each half lightly on the juicing cone. The citrus juicer will start
to turn. To stop the citrus juicer, simply stop pressing on the cone.
6. After use, disconnect the plug from the power socket.
HELPFUL ADVICE AND TIPS
To get as much juice as possible from the fruit, press the citrus fruit on the cone repeatedly rather
than holding it continuously pressed.

• Excessive pressure on the cone may cause the motor to seize.
