2. Use the included flat wrench to install each caster wheel(#5). Pay attention to fully install the caster(#5)
3. After installing all four caster wheels(#5) flip back over and double check that the wheels(#5) are level
4. Insert the seat post cylinder(#6) and press firmly
5. Place the seat(#1) upside down and assemble the metal seat
bracket(#7) by using the supplied fasteners, wrench, and hex key.
6. Place the seat assembly on the seat post cylinder(#6) and
press firmly.
7. Use the handle to adjust the height of the seat position.
