vacuum cleaner. Cold ash does not emit any recognizable heat.
Empty and clean vacuum cleaner before and after vacuuming to
avoid the collection of materials that could pose a fire hazard in the
vacuum cleaner.
Vacuum only ashes from admissible fuels.
Do not vacuum any hot, burning or glowing objects.
Do not vacuum any flammable substances.
This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above,
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order
to avoid a hazard.
The appliance may only be connected to alternating current. The
voltage must correspond with the type plate on the appliance.
Never touch the mains plug and the socket with wet hands.
Do not pull the plug from the socket by pulling on the connecting
cable.
Check the power cord with mains plug for damage before every use.
If the external flexible cable or cord is damaged, it shall be replaced
by a special cord or cord exclusively available from the
manufacturer or his service agent.
To avoid accidents due to electrical faults we recommend the use of
sockets with a line-side current-limiting circuit breaker (max. 30 mA
nominal tripping current).
Turn off the appliance and remove the mains plug prior to any care
and maintenance work.
Repair works may only be performed by the authorised customer
service.
Keep packaging film away from children - risk of suffocation!
Switch the appliance off after every use and prior to every
cleaning/maintenance procedure.
The appliance may not be used in areas where a risk of explosion is
present.
The ash and dry vacuum cleaner must not be used for the
separation of hazardous substances.
Only ashes from permissible fuels (e.g. natural wood, wooden
briquets, wood pellets, lignite and hard coal) must be vacuumed.
Do not vacuum up soot.
Vacuuming material, which appears to have cooled down from the
outside may still be very hot inside. Hot ash particles may ignite
