modifications to the device is not covered by the warranty.

void the warranty.
• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the
warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
• Nor Velleman nv nor its dealers can be held responsible for any damage (extraordinary,
incidental or indirect) – of any nature (financial, physical...) arising from the possession,
use or failure of this product.

5. Proper Use
The appliance is designed for lifting and lowering loads in enclosed areas commensurate with
the appliance's capacity.
The appliance is to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse. The user/operator and not the manufacturer will be liable for any damage or
injuries of any kind caused as a result of this.
Please note that the appliance has not been designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. The warranty will be voided if the appliance is used in commercial, trade or
industrial businesses or for equivalent purposes.
