MOUNTING THE HOT AND COLD VALVES
A. Each faucet is supplied with a hot
and cold valve. Make sure you mount
hot (15) on the LH and cold (19) on
the RH when facing the basin front.
B. Take the hot valve (15) and thread
the nut (18) halfway down the valve
body with the 2 screws (20) (head)
pointing down. Slide on the metal
washer (17) and the rubber washer
(16). Now push the valve body from
underneath the appropriate deck hole
and secure with the flange anchoring
nut (22). With this nut threaded firm-
ly in place, tighten the bottom nut
(18) and security screws (20).

MOUNTING THE HANDLES
ON THE VALVES
A. First the handles (28) must be
assembled to the flanges (3). Put the
first fibre washer (26) on the threaded
part of the mounting hexagonal nut
(23). Slip the nut through the flange
(3) hole. Now put the second fibre
washer (26) on top, add your handle
(28) and thread all the parts together
from under the handle with the hexago-
nal key provided. Tighten firmly.
B. Make sure that the large O ring (7)
is well inserted in the groove under the
flange.
C. Mount the handles and the flanges
(27) in the desired position on the car-
tridge broach (15), (19). Secure with
the set screw (4).
D. Check the quarter turn movement
of each handle and verify the position
and that each handle is in good work-
ing order.

AFTER WATER CONNECTION
A. Installer must supply hot and cold water supply connections to the
valves.
B. When the connections are made , turn on both your hot and cold
valves. Check all joints for leaks. Tighten as needed
C. Flush out both lines again before you thread your aerator (25) back
into the spout (with tool supplied).

CONNECTING THE
FLEXIBLE HOSES
A. Hoses come with rubber washers
mounted in the ends already. Check
before installing.
B. Connect the flexible hoses (14) to
the hot (15) and cold valve (19).

INSTALLING THE DRAIN
A. Disassemble drain including presto pop
up (52) (unthread counter clockwise) and
tailpiece (47) (clockwise)
B. Before inserting drain body (42) into
drain hole, you can choose to use one of
two black washers (48) supplied or use
plumbers putty.

C. From underneath, slide on the coned
shaped (up) washer (43), friction nylon
washer (44) and secure firmly with hexag-
onal nut (45). Do not overtighted.

D. Apply a ring of teflon tape on the top
thread of the tailpiece (47) and then
thread firmly in place into the drain body
(42).
E. Thread presto pop up (52) into body
(42) and check pop up action.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR AQUABRASS PRODUCT

abrasive soapy cloth. Then wipe dry with a soft towel or cloth .We
recommend this be done on a regular basis.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE , CHEMICAL OR CORROSIVE, POWDER
OR ANY OTHER STRONG CLEANERS INCLUDING DETERGENTS, WIN-
DOW CLEANERS AND DISINFECTANTS ON YOUR AQUABRASS PROD-
UCT as they will destroy the finish and therefore VOID THE WARRAN-
TY. Toothpaste remnants should also be rinsed off when necessary.

available from AQUABRASS. This product is specially manufactured to
clean and polish leaving a protective coating to maintain your products
shine and finish.
