Thank you for purchasing one of our products. We recommend you carefully read this instruction manual:
it contains important information regarding safety regulations for use and maintenance of the appliance. It
is also recommended to keep this document carefully to consult in case of necessity.
1.
Before using the tool, control its integrity, if there are any defective parts or it has other conditions,
which could negatively influence its functions and safety.
2.
Do not lean the metal parts of the soldering iron, on inflammable or perishable materials at high
temperatures (for ex.: plastic, rubber, wood).
3.
Do not touch the metal parts of the soldering iron (tips or resistances) when it is on, with your hands
or other parts of the body. High temperatures can cause severe burns. Handle with care.
4.
After finishing the work, leave the soldering iron cool in the air before put it away; never put it under
water to avoid electric shocks.
5.
The appliance has not been designed for use by people (children included) with reduced mental,
physical or sensorial capacities or those without experience or knowledge, unless they have benefited
from supervision or instructions in its use through the intermediation of a person responsible for their
safety. Children must be supervised in order to make sure that they do not play with the appliance.
However, it is recommended to use under adults' supervision. Unsuitable for children under 12 years
old.
6.
Remove all the packaging material and make sure that the appliance is in good condition. If you have
any doubt, do not use the appliance and contact our After-Sales Service. Keep the packaging material
(staples, blister, etc.) out of the reach of children.
7.
Store the tool far from rain or humidity.
8.
The appliance must be used only for its intended use, that is, as soldering iron. Any use other than its
intended purpose shall be deemed to be improper and hazardous. The manufacturer shall not be held
responsible for damages derived from misuse of this appliance.
9.
The tool has been designed for individual use.
10. To use this appliance in total safety implies observing some basic safety measures, such as: never
use the appliance with wet hands or feet, never expose the appliance to moisture or water, never
leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents.
11. Before inserting or removing the tip let the appliance to cool down.
12. The appliance has dangerous components that must be kept out of the reach of children.
13. If the appliance does not work properly, immediately turn off the appliance. For repairs, contact a
technical support centre authorised by the manufacturer, and require that original spare parts be used.
Using parts that do not conform to the product may seriously compromise its correct operation.
14. Do not use the tool if any part is damaged or defective.
15. This tool is not a toy.
16. Never use this device near curtains, inflammable material, furniture, etc.

Heats up in less than 15 seconds.

Cools down in less than 30 seconds.

Can continuosly operate for approx. one hour with new batteries.

1. Be sure the part you are going to solder is clean from dirt, dust and rusty.
2.
Heat the interested part with the soldering iron.
3.
Apply a soldering alloy on the desired part and melt it with the soldering iron.
ATTENTION: when you use an alloy without flux, ensure to use the appropriate solder paste before
starting to solder.
4.
Wait for the solder to cool and harder before moving the soldered part.
1.
Always switch off the soldering iron after use by sliding the switch to the OFF position.
2.
Place the protective cover over the tip when storing so that the cover secures the slide switch in the
OFF position.
3.
Do not touch the tip when it is hot.
4.
Do not immerse in the water.
5.
The first time you use the soldering iron, it may smoke slightly as the heating element dries out. This
is normal and should only last for approx 10 minutes. It is due to the burning of the protective patina
used during the production phases.
6.
Never file the specially-plated tip.

Do not use the tool on devices or conductors under voltage.
