5. Drill 4x Ø12 holes through the main bar A and insert the bolts M12x70. Fig. 3.
6. Screw the towball with eylet and socket holder. Fig. 4.
7. Tighten all bolts with given torque values.
8. Connect electrical wires.
9. Check if all bolts and nuts are correctly tightened after 1000km.
Caution
Keep tow ball clean, grease and cased. All mechanical damages of tow bar exclude its further usage. Damaged ball hook
cannot be repaired.
There should be provided a free space in accordance with annex 7, drawing 25a and 25b Regulation No 55 EKG ONZ.
With maximum acceptable load of the vehicle according to the manufacturer declaration.
