Control light
Thermostat knob
Attention! Before the first use of the device you must remove protection foil from all surfaces and wash the
device with moist cleaning cloth dipped in the water with detergent. Than dry it with cloth.
Switch on with main switch and turn the thermostat knob from the position "0" to required position between
30°C - 90°C. Orange control light lights when the device is in electricity. Green control light lights when the
thermo spirals are on. Green control light goes out when the device reaches required temperature. Switch
the device off by turning the thermostat knob into position "0" and then switch the main switch into position
0. Always check the level of the water, never use the device without it. Use the device under supervision.
The device must be fully occupied with the gastro bowls.
Maintenance and product warranty
By prolonged use of the appliance, it is necessary maintain regular maintenance for safe use, we strongly
recommend sign contract with technical service. Maintenance can be provided only with qualified
technician following updated directives, laws and instructions from this manual. We recommend having the
appliance serviced by professional service at least once in 6 month, in extreme use of the appliance once
in 3 months. Preventive inspections can prevent serious problems and thereby reduce the economic
burden of operations.
