TROUBLESHOOTING
If your humidifier does not work properly, check the following possible causes:
Problem
The humidifier does not work.
The indicator is on, but no mist
is coming out of the appliance.
No mist
Weak mist output
White dust is formed on the
furniture.
Water accumulates outside the
humidifier or the surrounding
area.

The power cord is not connected.
There is too much water in the
water tank.
Water level in the water tank is
too low.
Water is leaking from the water
tank.
The temperature of the device is
too low.
Deposit on the converter
Too much/too little water in the
water tank
Deposit on the converter
Water is too cold
The water is not clean.
Hard water can deposit a certain
amount of white powder on the
converter. The white powder
is decomposed by ultrasonic
vibrations and blows into the air
along with the mist. White powder
in the air settles on the furniture.
Saturation of moisture.
The device is not levelled and
accumulates water.
Remedy
Plug the power cord into the
socket.
Pour some water from the water
tank.
Fill the water tank with water.
Check that the water tank is in the
correct position.
Place the device at a room
temperature for half an hour before
use.
Clean the converter.
Pour out water from the water
tank/add water to the water tank.
Clean the converter.
Use water with a room
temperature.
Clean the water tank and pour
fresh, distilled or demineralized
water into it.
If the problem persists, use distilled
water. Do not forget to clean the
converter and the filter after a short
use.
Switch off the humidifier or set it to
a low mist level.
Unplug it and place it on a flat
surface. Aim the mist nozzle
away from objects. Place it on
a waterproof, flat surface at least
60 cm from the floor.
