Do not hang the cable on itself, it can be damaged. Always use
a choke collar, or a protector of tree on the anchor.
Remove any object that can interfere with the operation of
the winch.
Take your time to hang the load before winching.
Make sure that the chosen anchor can carry the load, and that
the strap or chain cannot drag.
Gear not, don't disengage if the winch is in charge, or the
cable is under tension or to the winch drum is moving.
Unroll as much cable as possible during the hanging of the
load. Double line or take a remote anchor point.
Not treuillez not without at least 5 turns of cable around the
drum, the cable could get away completely from the drum.
Do not stay near the cable and load during operation, and
keep others away while winching.
Never touch the cable taut or loaded.
Never touch the cable or hook if the remote control is connec-
ted or during winching.
Ask the operator to the neighboring people to ensure their
stability during winching.
Keep remote wire away from the drum, cable and anchoring
system. Inspect the winch and the remote: cracks, pinching,
twisted wires or loose connections.
Replace the damaged components.
If you use the remote control from inside a
vehicle, pass the thread through the window to avoid risk of
NIP it in the door.
ATTENTION
RISK OF CUTTING AND BURNING
Failure of these instructions may cause minor injuries has
moderated.
To avoid injury to hands and fingers:
Always wear thick safety gloves to handle the cable.
Don't let not the cable in your hands.
Some parts of the winch can heat up during and after the
winching: motor, drum and cable. Careful not to burn yourself
touching them.
Note
To avoid damaging your winch:
Do not pull laterally, that wrapped the cable on one side of
the drum and will damage the cable or the winch.
Make sure you have engaged or disengaged at bottom.
Do not use the winch for pulling other vehicles. The accidental
loads might temporarily exceed the capacity of the winch
and cable.
Do not push on the cable. The accidental loads might tempo-
rarily exceed the capacity of the winch and cable.
Do not use the winch to hold a load during transport.
Do not immerse the winch in water.
Be sure to store the remote control in a protected, clean,
dry place.
Directions for use:
Work on a clean and tidy place. Messy places promote acci-
dents.
OBSERVE THE WORKING CONDITIONS. Do not use the winch in
damp, wet, or dimly lit place. Do not expose the accessories
tools to the rain. Light of the place.
Don't use electric in the presence of gas or liquid equipment.
KEEP CHILDREN AWAY. Children should never be allowed on
the place of winching. Do not let them touch the machinery,
tools or equipment.
STORE THE ACCESSORIES. When not in use, the tools are a
store in a local firm, and dry to avoid rust. Lock and never
allow children to access.

DO NOT FORCE THE WINCH. He will be more effective, safe and
constant at its rated speed.
No accessories use an attempt to increase his speed.
USE THE TOOLS APPROPRIATE TO THE TASK ACCESSORIES.
WEAR appropriate clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewelry (pendants...). Prefer footwear with anti-slip soles.
Attach and pull up your long hair.
TAKE CARE OF THE ELECTRIC CABLE.
REMOVE THE ACCESSORIES TOOLS BEFORE WINCHING.
AVOID THE FALSE STARTS. Be sure to be prepared before you
begin winching.
STAY ALERT. Do not use the hoist when you are tired.
DO NOT USE THE WINCH UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS,
ALCOHOL, OR MEDICATION.
CHECK THE STATUS OF THE WINCH BEFORE USING IT. Any
damaged or broken part is repaired or replaced by a qualified
technician. Do not use the winch if one any switch / button
does not work properly.
Parts spare parts and accessories. Do not replace with parts
for other models or other specifications, this would negate
the warranty. Only use suitable spare parts available from
distributors.
ATTENTION
1. Always connect the Red wire to the positive pole of the
battery. Connect the black wire to the negative pole.
2. Do not operate the winch continuously, otherwise you will
quickly drain your battery.
3. Run your engine during winching to recharge the battery.
4. Do not use a battery dirty, corroded or leaking. The acid
could burn you.
5. Wear safety glasses approved to work on the battery.
This winch is designed to be mounted temporarily through the
adapter plate, but you may as well fix it permanently.
THE WINCH INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PERMANENT FIXING
1. Choose a location at the rear of your vehicle or another
suitable place.
Note: This winch can generate significant traction force. The
location must be able to withstand such a force (refer to the
indications on the product).
It will take you maybe add a reinforcing steel plate, or weld
reinforcement, according to the desired location.
2. Place the winch on the location and mark the positions of
the two holes in the base of the winch.
3. Drill the two holes on your vehicle.
4. Fasten the winch with two bolts M8 diameter hardened
steel.
FASTENING (TO THE BALL HEAD OF THE CAR)
1. Fix the plate adapter as follows:
2. Place the nipples of the adapter plate into the holes corres-
ponding to the base of the winch.
3. Hook the winch to the hitch ball through the hole of the
adapter plate.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put your vehicle at a standstill. (Never put a speed or P
(Park) position, this could damage the transmission of the
vehicle). Tighten the hand brake. Block the wheels with
chocks.
2. If you want to unwind the cable, turn the clutch but-
ton in the opposite direction of the clockwise to loosen,
then pull down the length of cable needed. Always leave at
least 5 wraps of cable around the drum to do not risk to pick
up the winch cable.
