Air source fi tting installation
Take out the air source fi tting out from the accessory
box and the screw and remove the oil and dust.
Use the screw to fi x it on the right side of the body
(fi g12).
Connect the air hose. Detach the adapter on the ø8
PU hose on the side wall of the body and insert it into the elbow.
(See the fi g13/14)
The adapter keeps the hose from sliding into the
body.
Air source 8-10 bar has been adjusted before ex-
factory. If it needs change, adjust again Pressure:
Lift up the pressure adjustable button ( FIG16)
Oil Feed: Use screw driver to twist the screw. If
clockwise, the oil dropping speed will slow.
If counterclockwise, it will become fast.
Never use the machine before read this instruction and warning carefully.
1. Demounting the tyres:
Release all the air inside the tyre.
Remove the weight on the rim (Fig.3)
Place the tyre between the bead breaker blade (20) and rubber pad, and place
the blade on the bead 2 cm from the rim, step on the pedal (10) to separate the
bead from the rim. (Fig. 4)
The wenthole on the tyre should not near to the bead breaker blade during the
operation.
Note: This machine is designed particularly for the low profi le, stiff and wide
tyres, so there is a adjusting handle on the bead breaker.
When mount or demount the particular wide tyres, the operator can adjust the handle position and
do the operation on the wide tyres.(Fig. 5)
Turn round the tyre and repeat the above steps on the other parts of the tyre to get
