Attach the handles (B) to
the relevant holes (side
panel) of the Gallagher
Solar Box (A), use 4x Bolt
M8x12 (C), 4x Washer
M8 (D) and 4x Nut M8 (E)
(supplied).
Attach the baseplates (F)
in the appropriate slotted
holes at the top of the
Gallagher Solar Box, use
4x Carriage bolt M5x15
(H), 4x Washer M8 (D),
4x Knurled washer M8 (M)
and 4x Nut M5 (J) (supplied).
Attach the mounting rail
(G) for the solar panel to
the baseplates (F), use
4x Carriage bolt M5x15
(H), 4x Washer M8 (D),
4x Knurled washer M8 (M)
and 4x Nut M5 (J) (supplied).

4 K Crosshead screw M6x10
4 L Nut M6
8 M Knurled washer M8
2 N Crosshead screw M5x25
Position the battery
Position the energizer
Position the battery (not
supplied) in the Gallagher
Solar Box and clamp it down
tight with the appropriate
(already fitted) clamping
brackets.
NB: make sure you have
fully charged the battery
before use.
Remove the supplied
Gallagher energizer from the
packaging,
Click the supplied handle
into the relevant gap at the
back of the energizer.
(See also the manual for the
energizer.)
Use the handle to hang
the energizer against
the internal plate of the
Gallagher Solar Box, fix with
the fitted crosshead screw
(PH3) M5x25 (N).
