1. Insert the battery (4) on the groove and slip it all the way
until you hear a "click" noise from the lock/unlock
button (5). At this point, the battery is locked in place;
2. To remove the battery, press the lock/unlock button and
pull out the battery.
Use VITO 20V lithium-ion batteries.
1. Place the battery in the charger in the same way as you
would place it in the appliance;
2. Plug the charger into the socket and let it charge.
Sometimes at the end of charging, both the battery and the
charger can be hot, which doesn't mean they malfunction.
Let the battery cool down before putting it in the cordless
pruning shears.
While using the pruning shears you must consider certain
precautions and operating procedures in order to avoid
accidents, damage and to increase the efficiency of the
pruning shears:
▪ If you hear an unusual noise or the cordless pruning
shears vibrates abnormally, stop working and identify
the cause;
▪ Never operate a cordless pruning shears that is
damaged.
Install the battery before starting the appliance!
1. Set the "ON/OFF" switch (3) to the ON position;
2. Press the trigger (6) twice to activate the pruning shears;
3. To switch off, hold down the trigger until the shears beep
and close the blade;
4. Set the "ON/OFF" switch to the OFF position.
