 Remove the Torx head screws from the top perimeter of
the crate on all four sides and the four from the top of
the crate. Carefully lift the crate lid up and set aside.
NOTE: Two people are required for this lift.
 Remove the Torx head screws from the bottom side board
of the crate. Remove the Torx head screws from each
upright on both sides of the panel.
NOTE: Two people are required for this step.
 Carefully remove the crate wall and set aside.
NOTE: Two people are required for this lift.
 Repeat for the remaining three sides.
NOTE: Two people are required for this steps.
 Remove bag and side discharge chute packing.
 Remove the seat, remove seat packaging.
 Carefully cut the straps securing your front and rear wheel
axles to the crate.
WARNING:
If any parts on the Loose Parts List are already assem-
bled to your product when you unpack it, verify the part
is assembled correctly, is properly tightened, and is
torqued correctly (where applicable) before proceeding
to the next assembly step. Use of a product that may
have been improperly assembled could result in death
or serious personal injury.
 Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.

NOTE: Mower should be assembled while positioned on
the frame bottom.
