• Maximum weight on the side
shelf is 10 lbs.
• The side shelf is a high
heat area.

S t E P 0 9
Hang the grease cup on the back of the griddle body.

S t E P 1 0
Screw two (2) M6
step bolts into the top holes of the
right side shelf.
❷
Hook the right side shelf's M6
step bolts onto the shelf brackets on
the right side of the griddle.
❸
Secure the shelf with two (2) M6
step bolts in the bottom holes of the
shelf brackets.
Repeat this step with the left
side shelf.
S t E P 11 With the help of
another person, align the griddle
top leg pins with the corresponding
holes of the griddle body and set
in place. Be sure that all pins are
inserted.
S t E P 12
Use two (2) M6x12
screws and two (2) M6 nuts to
install the bottle opener to the
condiment basket.
