ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling.
Find a large, clean area to assemble your unit. Please refer to the parts list and
assembly diagrams as necessary.
S t E P 0 1
With the help of another person, remove the griddle body
from the packaging and lay it on its back on a smooth, flat surface.
Unfold the legs. Use two (2) small thumbscrews to install the fixed wheels to
the right leg assembly. Use a wrench to attach the two (2) caster wheels to the
left leg assembly. (Ensure that the caster wheels are locked.)

Place the bottom shelf
between the legs and use one
(1) large thumbscrew to attach
the bottom shelf to the right leg
assembly. Use one (1) medium
thumbscrew to attach the propane
tank support to the left leg assembly
and secure the bottom shelf.
