ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling.
Find a large, clean area to assemble your unit. Please refer to the parts list and
assembly diagrams as necessary.
S T E P 0 1
With the help of
another person, remove the
griddle body from the packaging
and lay it upside down on a smooth,
flat surface.
❶ Pull the hinge pin to unfold
p-
the legs.
❷ Use two (2) small thumb screws
to install the two (2) wheels to the
right leg assembly.
S T E P 0 2
Use one (1) large thumb-
screw to attach the bottom tray to
the right leg assembly. Use one (1)
medium thumbscrew to attach the
lower tank holder and the bottom
tray to the left leg assembly.
S T E P 0 3
Ensure that the caster
wheels are locked and, with the
help of another person, place the
griddle on its feet.
Use four (4) M6x12 screws to attach
the side handle to the left side of the
griddle body.
