With the help of another person, remove the griddle body
from the packaging and lay it upside down on a smooth, flat surface.
Use an adjustable wrench to tighten the caster wheels to the left leg assembly.
Use the pre-installed bolt and nut to attach the wheels to the right
leg assembly.
