Cover loosely with a tarp for added protection.
If transporting. Be sure to secure the unit properly to the vehicle.
To reduce storage space, the upper handle can be folded down by releasing the lock hand
grip.
Caution: Do not trap the electric cable when folding down the handle.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Before performing any maintenance or cleaning work, always pull out the mains
plug and wait until the cutter has come to a standstill
Problem
The motor does not
start.
The motor stops.
The grass remains
on the lawn.
The grass is not
being cut.
Abnormal noise.
Motor power drops The blade is dull.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of power tools into household waste! According the European
Guideline 2002/96/EC for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and its
implementation into national right, power tools that are no longer usable must
be collected separately and disposed of in an environmentally correct manner.
Possible cause
No mains voltage.
The mains plug is not properly
inserted into the wall socket.
Damage to the motor and/or the
capacitor.
Foreign objects are blocking the
motor.
The grass box is full.
The blade is dull.
Screws or nuts have come loose.
The cutting height
The block of discharge
channel/housing
Remedy
Contact a skilled electrician.
Firmly insert the mains plug or
the cable extension into the wall
socket.
Immediately contact the Service
Department (refer to warranty
card).
Remove the foreign objects
from the lawn mower.
Empty the grass box.
Replace the blade.
Check screws and nuts for
tightness.
Replace the blade.
Correct the cutting height
Clean discharge
channel/housing
