La profondeur des plats doit absolument
s'adapter à la hauteur du produit.
Pour obtenir une cuisson uniforme, nous
conseillons de répartir la charge sur plusieurs
plats bas plutôt qu'en remplir un plus profond.
Pour de meilleurs résultats, respecter les poids
indiqués dans le tableau suivant.
