Product Description
Mechanical solenoid lockings for separating guards with forced key entry
and optional key removal as well as electrical monitoring function. To
secure separating guards such as safety gates and hoods in machine and
plant engineering.

Approvals and Markings
Function
RX10B01M: Mechanical guard locking with monitoring of the first
or second key
After the first key has been inserted, the actuator and then the second
key can be removed.
With the variant RX10B01M, the contacts switch when the first key is
inserted, while with the variant RX10K01M the contacts switch when
the second key is removed.
Both versions are available with actuators of coding level low and medium
according to EN ISO14119:2013 The coding level medium can be retrofitted.
The second key can be used as part of a key transfer system or as a
personal key, i.e. as protection against confinement and unexpected restart.
Multiple keys make it possible to operate several units in the system or
to protect several people. The RX10B01M and RX10K01M units can be
expanded with additional key modules both below and above the actuator
module. By using personal keys, an escape release (ISO TS19837:2017)
can normally be dispensed with.
Both variants can optionally be equipped with padlock modules.
These units can be connected to the Safemaster STS option module,
which includes command functions and is designed for wiring cross-
sections up to 1.5mm
