WARRANTY

1) Upon delivery, the customer must carefully inspect the machine and check for any
obvious faults or defects, which should be reported immediately to the Seller in order
for a report to be prepared.
2) Any hidden faults or defects must be reported pursuant to article 1495 of the Italian Civil
Code, within three (3) days of their discovery and, in any case, within a year of delivery.
3) The above-mentioned complaint must be made in writing, by registered letter with
acknowledgement of receipt, and sent to the registered offices of the Seller and must
specifically indicate the model of the machine and explain in detail the type of fault
or defect.
4) Duration. The Manufacturer warrants its machines to be free of defects for a period of
12 months from the date of purchase. Original spare parts are guaranteed for a period
of 6 months from their date of installation.
5) The warranty is not valid or becomes void under the following circumstances:
• Improper or particularly demanding use of the machine
• Lack of or incorrect daily maintenance
• Failure to use original spare parts
• Damage due to natural events such as earthquakes, floods, fires or
accidents
• Tampering with or modification of the machine
• DAMAGE CAUSED by the use of unsuitable or inappropriate and/or corrosive
chemical products such as highly acidic products: static dissipative detergents,
hydrochloric acid, trichloroethylene, methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, pure ammonia,
bleach and/or pure sodium hypochlorite or similar products.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear or by exposure to unsuitable weather
conditions
• The maintenance booklet has been interfered with
6) The warranty does not cover all parts and replacement parts that by their nature are
normally subject to wear such as:
• Brushes
•
Scrapers
• Conveyor belts
• Power cords on the appliance
•
Safety handle and its switch
• Retractable wheels
• Plastic or metal parts damaged due to negligence
•
Water pump
• Thermal fuse
• Thermostat
•
Heating element of the steam generator
• Filter
• Batteries
