MAINTENANCE
Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or maintenance.
If the machine is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Carbide blade replacement
Unscrew 4 screws with screw driver, use a wooden hammer to gently tap aluminum cover and take off it with
inner dust cover as figure 1.
Use socket wrench and Open-end spanner to loosen screw and take off spiral blade as figure 2. Blade should
be taken off one by one.
Assemble and disassemble blade as figure 4.
Suggest to check whether blade is loose regularly everyday before work.

Vacuum cleaner connection
To keep worker away from dust and keep workplace clean, connect vacuum cleaner adaptor to this machine's
socket while scouring.
Carbon brush replacement
The accessories includes an original set of carbon brush, when the carbon brush wear limit, replace with the
new one. Screwdriver counter clock wise unscrew the brush cover, remove the original carbon brush, to put
new carbon brush to brush holder and screw on the brush cover.
