CONDUIT WALL MOUNT
With a #2 Philips screwdriver

remove and retain the 4 screws and
remove the back plate.
With a large Philips or flat head to

remove the 1/2" threaded KO plug
from one side of the back plate.
Run and attach conduit through
selected back plate side opening.
Fasten the fixture back together

with the retained 4 screws to com-
plete installation.

Peel and stick the octagon foam

pad to the back plate. Ensure that
the screw holes are aligned.

Complete connections as per wiring diagram. Set power output and CCT as desired.

Mark and drill anchor holes through the back

plate side slots as required. Fasten the back
plate to the well.
