4-OPERATING YOUR WINE COOLER
The Wine Cooler should be placed where the ambient temperature is between 15° C to 25 ºC. If the ambient
temperature is above or below this range, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing
your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The zone
temperature may have a difference of +/- 5° F (+/- 3ºC) from setting depending on loading and ambient
conditions.
Recommended Temperatures for chilling wine
Red Wines:
Dry/White/Rosé Wines 9-15° C (48-58° F)
Sparkling Wines
TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND DISPLAY
The temperature range of the Wine Cooler is intended for 4° C to 18° C (+/- 5° C ).
The display usually shows the average temperature of the appliance at that moment.
PRESET WINE ZONES:
Press the [Red] or [White] pads to choose preset storage conditions for Red or White Wine.(The
indicator 'RED' or 'WHITE' will light accordingly.) The programmed Temperature for red (14° C) or white
(8° C) wine will be displayed for a few seconds.
MANUAL TEMPERATURE SETTING:
The temperature of the Wine Cooler can be set anywhere between 39° F to 65° F (4° C-18° C) by the
