Keep the machine clean, especially the ventilation
ducts.
Removal of safety devices, improper maintenance,
and the replacement of elements with non-original
spare parts can all result in personal injury.
8.1. MAINTENANCE AND CARE AFTER USE
Carry out the following maintenance and care
procedures after use, in order to ensure the proper
functioning of this machine in the future.
8.1.1. CLEANING
Before proceeding to the cleaning of your device
disconnect the machine.
Warning!: always clean the machine after using it.
Lack of proper cleaning can cause damage to the
machine and produce a malfunction. Whenever
possible, clean immediately after use.
Keep your machine clean and in good condition.
Do not clean the engine with water. The electric motor
could be damaged in this way.
Clean the crevices of your machine with a wet cloth.
Never use gasoline, solvents, detergents, water or any
other liquid to clean the machine.
8.1.2. POWER CORD CONTROL
Inspect the power cord and extension cord to detect
possible damage or symptoms of wearing.
If you notice that the cord is not in good condition take
your machine to your technical service provider
Do not use the machine if the cord is damaged.
8.1.3. MOTOR VENTILATION DUCTS
Remove dirt from the ventilation ducts, in order
to prevent damage to the motor and to avoid fire
hazards.
