Intended Use
•
The device is intended to be used for toasting, defrosting and warming up bread and
bread rolls.
•
During toasting, the device will burn the slogan "HSV" and the HSV logo into the
bread. In addition, it is possible to set a melody to be played at the end of the toasting,
defrosting or warming up process.
•
The device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
•
The device should only be used as described in the operating instructions. Any other
use is deemed to be improper.
•
The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect handling, damage, assembly
or attempted repairs. The same applies to normal wear and tear.

CAUTION: Hot surface! The device will become very

hot during use. It is essential to make sure that no
heated parts are touched while using and after using
the device. Only ever touch the handle, the buttons
and the rotary knob while the device is in operation or
immediately after it has been switched off . Only trans-
port or store away the device when it has cooled down
completely. Use appropriate oven gloves.
The device is not designed to be operated with an external timer

or a separate remote control system.
Bread can burn. The device should therefore not be used in the

vicinity of or under fl ammable materials such as curtains.
