4. Start Cooking
• Once the desired time is set, cooking begins�
• You can pause cooking by opening the door and then resume by closing it�
5. End of Cooking
• When the cooking time elapses, the microwave oven will produce a bell ring,
and the interior lamp will automatically turn off�
• If you remove food before the timer expires, reset the timer to "0" to prevent the
microwave oven from running empty�
6. Safety Precautions
• It's advisable to wear gloves when removing hot food from the oven and avoid
touching the heating element on the top of the cavity�
Additional Cooking Tips:
• For quick heating, limit cooking time to 2 to 3 minutes and exercise caution not
to exceed 5 minutes� Regularly monitor the food's cooking progress and adjust
according to your taste preferences� Avoid overcooking�
• When reheating items like porridge or congee, stir them evenly first and then cover
with plastic film (leaving a corner for ventilation) or a perforated lid�
• During defrosting, open the door at the midway point to turn the food, ensuring
more even defrosting�
UTENSILS AND MATERIALS GUIDE
Microwaves are attracted to and absorbed by fat, sugar and water molecules in the
food, causing them to move, producing friction and heat which cooks the food�
1� Do not heat oil or fat for deep-frying� It is difficult to control the temperature of oil
in microwave oven�
2� Pierce foods with heavy skins such as potatoes, whole squash, apples and
chestnuts before cooking�
3� The contents of feeding bottles and baby jars should be stirred or shaken and the
temperature should be checked before serving in order to avoid severe burns�
When microwave cooking, the amount, size and shape, starting temperature,
composition and density of the food affect cooking results� Cookware and dinnerware
must fit on the turntable� Always use oven mitts or pot holders when handling because
any dish may become hot from heat transferred from the food� Do not use cookware
and dinnerware with gold or silver trim�
