TROUBLESHOOTING
Before starting any work the machine, unplug the power cable, turn off the water supply and actuate the
spray gun until the pressure has been relieved completely.
Fault
Pressure fluctuates or drops
Motor hums when switched on,
but does not start
Motor will not start when switched
on
Motor stops
The detergent fails to come out
Jet is ineffective, ragged unste-
ady
Cause
Lack of water
Water filter clogged
Mains voltage too low
Spray gun not actuted
Cross-section of extension lead
too small
Power supply not OK
Mains fuse tripped
Motor protection switch tripped
due to motor overheating
Clogged injector
Clean the nozzle of the foam
launch
Selector sleeve for type of jet
wrongly set

Remedy
Turn on water supply
Clean the water filter on the
pump supply tube.
Check electrical connection
On switching on the machine,
engage the gun
Use correctly dimensioned exten-
sion lead, see "Connect machine
to power supply"
Check plug, cable and switch
Resert mains fuse
Check that power supply
matches appliance voltage, wait
3 minutes, then switch machine
on again
Clean the detergent spray nozzle

Clean the high pressure nozzle.
Adjust selector sleeve
