Important safety instructions
To reduce the risk of burns, electric shocks, fire, injuries
to persons or exposure to excessive microwave energy,
when using this appliance basic safety precautions
should be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using this appliance.
2. Use this appliance only for its intended use as
described in this manual. Do not use corrosive chemicals
or vapours in this appliance. This type of oven is
specifically designed to heat food.
It is not designed for industrial or laboratory use.
3. Do not operate the oven when empty.
4. Do not operate this appliance if the cord is damaged.
Do not try to repair it by yourself. If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person to avoid
hazards.
5. WARNING: This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capacities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
6. Children must not play with the device. Keep the
device out of reach of children under 8 years.
7. Cleaning and maintenance must not be made by
children unless older than 8 years and supervised.
8. To reduce the risk of fire in the oven cavity:
- When heating food in plastic or paper containers,
check the oven frequently (fire hazard).
