FIRE CONTROL

To obtain always a good compromise between the thermic performance and the
combustible consumption, it's advisable to keep the following regulations : during the
normal employing the fire intensity can be regulated employing the prime air, switch
lever and the grate – shaker.

After the starting phase, the stove can be regulated as the following fire control position :

The oven's employ is submitted to the usual
cooking norms as time, temperature and
quantity.
The oven is supplied by a thermometer to
measure the internal temperature, an internal
grate and a small pot.
