Overload warning
Please do not add item that is over the maximum capacity, when the scale is ringing an alarm, remove the item on the platter to avoid damage to the load cell.
Unit price setting
You may use the scale to set the unit price of the goods, then use this unit price to determine how much value of the goods which placed on the platter.
When the scale is displaying the weight of the goods placed on the scale, set the unit price through numeric keys, set unit price is showed in unit price window
display, total price window display shows the total price of the goods. To cancel the previous unit price, press C key.
Accumulator operation
Prepare to accumulate: Each time before accumulate, please make sure the platter is empty, the current accumulator values is reset to zero, and the weight
reading is stable.
Accumulation operation: Put the weight item on platter, wait for the weight reading to be stable, press the add key, the window will show add n-being the
number of how many times you press add.
If you have entered the unit price for that item, the accumulate operation will show the total of both-weight as well as price as following:
Place an item on platter, allow the scale reading to be stable, enter unit price using numeric keys, unit price window will show the unit price and total price
window will show total price.
Now, press add key, it will store the value of weight and price both.
Now, remove the first item from the platter, place another item on the scale, allow it to be stable, enter unit price using numeric keys, after observing unit price
and total price, press add key again. The unit price window will flash add 2, and the weight window are as well as total price window will show accumulated
weight and accumulated price respectively.
You can carry on this way for 99 times with the scale.
Accumulate clear
You can clear the accumulated value by press C (clear) key at any time.
Unit price storage
This scale can store 6 sets unit price.
Store the unit price: Press store key, then enter desired unit price using numeric keys.
Now press M*(*=1 to 6) key. The value will be stored into respective M*(*=1 to 6) key. If you have already entered any value in that key, it will be replaced by
new value.
Load the unit price: If you want to use the stored unit price, while weighing, that press respective M*(*=1 to 6) key after the weighing display is stable, the unit
price will be loaded and it will be displayed in unit price window.
Calibration
The follow steps are based on the capacity of 150kg, you can change the data according to different capacities of scales. Other steps are all the same.
1. Turn on the scale. After all three windows show zero, input numbers
"8503" or "8601" or "8603" or "9601" or "8806", Press "TARE". The unit price window shows half "0". (If not show half "0", means password is wrong.)
2. Input "1", and then press "TARE". Unit price window shows "2"
3. Put half weights of the capacity on the platform (for example, if the capacity of the scale is 150kg, then put 75kg weights ), wait for 5 seconds, then press
"TARE" . Unit price window shows "3"
4. Input the numbers "7500" (if the capacity is 100kg, then input 5000,etc), then press "TARE". Unit price window shows "4"
5. Input the numbers "150000", weight window must show "75.00", then press "TARE". Unit price window shows "5"
6. Input the number "5", then press "TARE"
7. The calibration is successful if the weights window shows 75.00, unit price and total price windows show zero.
