Once the angle is set, mount the insert holder on the
whirler, check the head housing, it must be clean and
free of chips. Insert the head [1] into its housing (IK:
insert at the same time the connection [3] into the
connection [2] by pulling the ring of the connection [2]
backwards). Then place the key [4] and lock the head
by turning in the direction indicated on the drawing, a
"click" should be heard.
Keep the key [4] in position and lock the head with the
tools [5] and [6]. Use the supplied torque screwdriver [6]
(torque = 5.7 Nm).
Warning : always make sure that the head and the
screwdriver have "clicked" so that the
elements are correctly fixed!
Correcting machining positions:
