How to make whipped cream:
- The cream should be as cold as possible. The beaters and the mixing bowl should be
completely clean and dry.
- Begin whipping at the slowest speed (to avoid splatters).
- As the cream gets thicker, gradually increase the speed.
The time required for preparation varies according to the quality of the cream, the
amount of fat, the temperature and even the expiry date.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For an effective cleaning, wash/clean the mixer immediatly after use.
Before cleaning any component of the mixer, place the speed control button in the "0"
position, then unplug the power cord from the power outlet and release the beaters.
Carefully dry all components of the mixer before use.
Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, use only a soft damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive products, degreasing agents, alcohol, etc. The beaters can be washed
with hot water and mild non abrasive detergent.
The parts that were in contact with food products must be washed right after use.
