I
DESCRIPTION
Surf Pro 6, is a programmable selective amplifier with
2 inputs, UHF and 6 tuneable UHF filters of configurable
width from 1 to 6 channels.
It has 3 filter settings to distribute the UHF signals
between the 2 inputs.
It has an VHF input (BI, BIII or D B), FM input and an
auxiliary input. Each UHF input allows feeding
preamplifiers to 12 or 24V.
I
INST LL TION ND ST RT-UP
Connect the equipment ground to the Earth of the antenna
installation.
Connect the cables of the antennas in the inputs and
close the unused inputs with loads of 75Ω. Don't insert
signal through the auxiliary input during the equipment
configuration except in the case of work with a
BOOK Extend extension module (REF. 35565 or 35568).
Connect a load of 75 Ω in the output.
Connect the unit to the mains.
For a better adjustment of output levels is recommended to
have the equipment running at least 5 minutes.
I
PROGR MMING
Once the equipment is connected to the mains, after a
few seconds it goes into Stand By status. Flash of
the LED every 5 seconds indicates proper operation.
Connect the Control Unit UCF 300 (REF. 85115) in the
programming connector (6). The display shows the start
screen with the name of the equipment.
See diagram UCF 300 p. 3.
