BEFORE FIRST START
1.
The equipment shall be installed on a stable support 800-900 mm in height with flat
level surface. The surface shall be dry and clean. The support shall stand the equipment
weight.
2.
Clean the equipment in accordance with the instructions presented in the "Maintenance
and care" section.
ASSEMBLY OF THE EQUIPMENT
1.
Insert the meat chopping system housing (f) to the mounting socket against stop.
2.
While keeping the meat chopping system housing with one hand, turn the retainer (b)
clockwise with the other hand.
3.
Insert the spiral conveyor (g) into the meat chopping system housing. Slightly turn the
spiral conveyor to ensure its full coupling with the motor shaft.
4.
Put the cutter (h) on the spiral conveyor shank so that the cutter blades face outwardly.
5.
Put the meat chopping grate (i) on the spiral conveyor shank. The cutter blades face the
meat chopping grate. The raised portion of the meat chopping system housing should
enter the corresponding notch of the grate.
6.
Screw the flywheel (j) on by hand. The flywheel should not be tightened too tight, as it
results in high-speed wear of the cutter and grate.
7.
Install the feed tray to the working position. Put a suitable vessel for prepared minced
meat under the meat chopping system. The equipment is ready for operation.
SWITCHING THE EQUIPMENT ON
1.
Prepare the meat (remove bones, veins, pellicles, cut it by smallish pieces).
2.
Make sure that the meat chopping system is in the working position and the flywheel is
tightened.
3.
Turn on the power (put the male connector into the female socket).
4.
Energize the equipment using the power switch (a).
5.
Put the prepared meat into the feed tray and deliver it to the spiral conveyor using the
pestle. Pressure on the pestle shall be uniform and not too strong. While in operation
putting of hands or foreign objects into the loading opening is not allowed.
