Intended Use
The device is intended for tacking of cardboard, insulating material,
fabric, foils, leather and similar materials with suitable staples (max. 28
mm length) and with t-nails (max. 32 mm length) on surfaces of wood or
materials similar to wood.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating
instructions. Any use beyond these parameters (different media,
applying force) or any changes (reconstruction, no original accessory)
can lead to serious risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the
intended purpose.
Before first Use
Unpack the air stapler & nailer and check all parts for any damage in
transit. Dispose of packaging materials or store them out of reach of
children. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
Inserting Staples
Please keep in mind that staples and nails
must be suited to the material they are
used in. The harder the material is, the
shorter the staples or nails should be.
1. Before inserting staples, disconnect the
stapler & nailer from the compressed
air supply.
2. Depress the security lever (5) at the
end of the magazine (8) (figure a). A
spring mechanism will push out the
magazine slider.
3. Insert a strip of staples (max. 28 mm
length) with the clip facing up into the
magazine (figure b).
4. Push in the magazine slider as far as it
will go until the security lever (5)
audibly snaps in.
You can read the fill level at the
magazine window (6).
