Scope of application
The oven can be used for such tests as drying, curing, melting, sterilizing in
industrial and mining enterprises as well as in laboratory and scientific
research institutes.

Structure
1. The oven case is made of rigid welded steel sheet. The working chamber is
made of stainless steel. The heat insulation material adopts fibre glass which
is in the case jacket. The case door is made of double glass. The entire unit
consists of three parts-hot air circulation system, of an electric heater and a
temperature controller system.
2. The hot air-circulation system is composed of single-phase motor,
centrifugaI vane wheel and wind direction. The electric heater is installed
directly in the chamber. The fan motor keeps constant air circulation. It can
pick up speed of rising temperature and also keep air temperature fluctuation
constant in the chamber.
