temperature display SV is flashing. Then, press the 'SHIFTING KEY' to move
the cursor to the third digital position before the base point, then press the
'INCREASING KEY' to change the display from « 0 » to « 1 ». Then press
again with the « 'SHIFTING KEY » and the « INCREASING KEY » or the
« DECREASING KEY » to set each digital position until 150.0°C appears on
the display as needed working temperature. Finally, press again the' SET' key
for 5 seconds to confirm the setting parameters.
All the following functions are pre-set by default. They can only be modified
after cancelling locking out of parameter modification = "LCK" function.
4. Upper limit temperature alarm setting
Before delivery, the upper limit temperature alarm setting of aIl units was set at
10 °C .
Therefore, normally it is not necessary to re-set it again. If it is necessary to re-
set it again, then first press the function key « SET » for 5 seconds, the
controller enters the upper limit temperature setting program AL1. Press the
'SHIFTING KEY' and the 'INCREASING KEY' or the 'DECREASING KEY' to
set the demanded upper limit temperature alarm setting. Finally, press again
the' SET' key for 5 seconds to contirm the setting parameters. (See 6.10)
5. Temperature display correction
Before delivery, aIl units were carefully tested, normally it is not necessary to
correct the temperature display. If the working environment is not good (ie if
the environment temperature is too high or too low), the temperature displayed
could be different from the actual temperature, then it is necessary to correct it.
These are the steps to follow : first press the function key 'SET' for 5 seconds
to enter the parameter setting cycle AL1. Then keep on pressing the 'SET' key,
till the PV display 'SC' as temperature display correction. Then press the
'SHIFTING KEY' and the 'INCREASING KEY' or the 'DECREASING KEY' to
set actual temperature display. Finally, press again the 'SET' key for 5
seconds to confirm the setting parameters.
6. After setting, all parameters will be stored for a long period of time. The unit
will start heating up, the heating indicator light will turn on. While drawing
closer to the setting temperature, the heating indicator light will keep on
flashing, till the unit will reach the setting temperature.
7. The selection of heating time is determined by the degree of humidity of the
samples. If the sample has a high degree of humidity, turn the « Exhaust flap »
to ≡ position to ventilate the wet air out of the unit.
8. After you have completed the whole heating procedure, close the' Exhaust
flap' if the samples were not take out at once. Otherwise, still keep the
'Exhaust flap' open, and tum the power switch to ' 0 ' position. Be careful for
the hot samples while taking them out.
9. If more accuracy is needed in temperature control and deviation, then the
self-adjust PID function can be usefuI. When the temperature of the units is
almost close the to setting temperature, first press the function key 'SET' for 5
seconds to enter the parameter setting cycle' AL1' . Then keep on pressing the
'SET' key, till the PV display 'ATU' . The SV display '0000' ,then press the
'INCREASING KEY' to make SV display as '0001' .Finally press again the'
SET' key for 5 seconds to confirm the setting parameters. Then the self-adjust
indicator light will turn on. The unit will enter the self-adjust PID controI.
