Sometimes holes aren't completely aligned.
You can use the hex keys provided to help
you align bolt holes while threading in the
bolts by hand. For a video of this method,

Install all bolts by hand loosely
threaded BEFORE fully tightening
any bolts. Once all bolts are installed
loosely, then secure the bolts before
moving on to the next step.
