Check if the product is plugged in.

When the ambient temperature and humidity are high or when the door remains open for a long
time or gets open frequently, there could be frost or water condensation generated.
Le givre et la rosée peuvent se former si la température de l'ambiance est elevée ou si les portes
sont ouvertes souvent ou s'ils sont laissées ouverts pendant une longue période.
Certain amount of frost on the inside walls helps to keep the stored foods fresh by maintaining the
room humidity. It is normal. So, feel free to use the product.
Le givre et la rosée formées à l'intérieur du coffre aide à conserver les denrées bien moite et
fraîche. Ne vous inquiétez pas. Il n'est pas en panne.

prevents water condendation.

There is water flowing sounds coming out. (Ex.Gurgling,sizzling or grinding sounds) The flowing sounds
are from the refrigerant which cools down the inside of the Kimchi refrigerator or the defrosted water. It 's
not a defect.

Knocking Sound : When the inside of the refrigerator gets cold or when the inside temperature increase
with the doors opened,these knocking sounds come out as components of the product start or stop their
operation.

Locking or Rattling Sound : When the inside temperature of the Kimchi refrigerator becomes normal, the
compressor stops its operation. These kinds of sounds come out at this time.

Buzzing Sound : It comes out of the compressor and the motor when the Kimchi refrigerator starts its
operation. At first, it could be heard loud. But, with some time passed, they will operate constantly and
the sound will be decreasing.
