5. Instruction for use
• DO NOT use the massage device on wet skin.
• DO NOT use the device on the head, abdomen, joints on bone parts or on sensitive or
weak parts of the body.
• Stop using immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.
Use
1. Press the power button on the back of the unit for 3 seconds. The device is in
position 1.
2. To increase or decrease the speed, briefly press the same button you use to turn the
unit on/off.
3. To turn the device off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The device
will also turn off after pressing the power button at the 9th position.
4. The battery level is displayed on the right side on the back of the massage gun.
Charge the massage gun for 4 hours for a full battery.
The Massage Gun Elite has a special medi-function. This is shown on the left side of
the massage gun. The medi-position has 2 speeds. You can switch to the medi-position
by pressing the on/off button 2x quickly.
What is the medi-mode? The medi-mode is a special program where the gun
automatically speeds up and slows down. So you experience a wonderful therapeutic
massage. You have 2 positions, position 2 is faster and therefore more intense. The
fitness mode has 9 speeds from 1400 to 3200 RPM! In this mode the speeds remain the
same.
