Instructions
1.
Before installation, make sure that the line voltage corresponds to the declared parameters
and it is safe.
2.
During operation, the oil level should be above the middle of the tank.
3.
1) Press the electric power switch K1, the red indicator lights up while the power is supplied.
Turn the temperature control knob clockwise and set the red arrow to the desired degree value.
At the same time, the yellow light turns on and the red light turns off, which means that the
tubular electric heater starts heating. The oil temperature starts rising.
2) When the temperature reaches the desired value, the thermostat automatically turns off
while the yellow indicator turns off and the red indicator turns on, the tubular electric heater
stops heating.
3) When the temperature drops a little, the thermostat automatically turns on the power
while the yellow indicator turns on and the red indicator turns off, the tubular electric heater
starts heating again, the temperature rises.
4) The operation is carried out in a cyclic mode to maintain the temperature within the
range.

The cover is necessary to keep it clean and warm. When installing the cover, be careful to
avoid water in the tank as this may cause oil splashes.
5.
A special basket is provided for frying small pieces of food. It is equipped with a hook and
handle. Place the basket in the oil while cooking. When it is finished, hang the basket so that the
oil remains run down the tank.
6.
After completion of work, turn the temperature controller anticlockwise to the stopper and
turn off power supply of the machine for the sake of safety.
7.
If it is necessary to drain the oil from the tank, wait until its temperature drops to normal.
