Left
Link = Solid Green
Activity = Blinking Green
Collision = Blinking Orange

10Mbps = Solid Orange
100Mbps = Off
Meaning
Switch is performing diagnostics.
Diagnostics have passed, the switch is ready.
Diagnostics have failed.
