Manufacturer's warranty
As the manufacturer, we provide a 5-year warranty for the hand blender and the
charger (2 years for the battery), starting from the date of purchase. Within this
warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair all defects caused by material or
manufacturing faults or replace the device free of charge. If the vendor offers differ-
ent warranty conditions, the device is to be returned to this sales organsation as a
warranty case.

The following are not covered by the warranty:
Damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear or use, as well as defects which
have an insignificant effect on the value or operation of the device. The warranty be-
comes void if repairs are carried out by unauthorised persons or if no original bamix
spare parts are used.
Do not run continuously for more than 5 minutes!
